✅ Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

✅ Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for eligible items.
